Let Me Be Me is a publication designed as an adult-themed storybook that explores the impact of early emotional trauma, including tiger parenting and religious abuse within parent-child relationships, which can hinder personal growth into adulthood.
My research indicates that such abuses on children within families can have profound and lasting psychological effects, particularly when parenting is heavily influenced by cultural and traditional values. Children will assimilate with those values.
