About

The Zero Hunger in Schools Program is an initiative by the United Nations Association of Australia (NSW Division), Capgemini (a global IT company) and the Local Community Services Association (the peak body for neighbourhood and community centres in NSW).

The program aligns with SDG 2: Zero Hunger, SDG: 12 Responsible Consumption & Production and SDG 4: Quality Education, and aims to divert good food and other items from landfill to children and families in need.
